Some things to consider:

1. This site is interactive and not limited to one standard template so you can send pictures, stories and articles for us to post here. To do so please contact Br. Borde via the contact information located at the very bottom of each page on this site.

2. Use of this site is intended for those friendly towards West Indies Mission and former Trinidad & Tobago Mission. Do not spam E-mail addresses or use this site to hurt, injur or degrade any of its members.

3. If you are a RM, member, or friend of someone that served in any of the above missions then please send your info. You do this by using the join link when you continue.

4. Although all islands and the Guyanas are featured you will find that there is a heavy emphasis on Trinidad & Tobago. This is mainly because the former Trinidad Mormons web site was merged with this one. The link menu at the top therefore features links for T&T specific information as well as the rest of the Mission.

Hymns of Joseph Daynes

Joseph J. Daynes was the first Tabernacle organist (from 1867 to 1900). Joseph learned to play the piano nearly as soon as he learned to walk. By the time he was four he was able to play tunes that no teacher had taught him. At six his progress had become nearly phenomenal, and the family story maintains that the child was presented in an organ recital before the Queen of England. Learn his story in this episode of History of the Hymns. Ref. Source 2
